The cellar in Morizès

The year 2000 saw the purchase and the installation of a wine cellar in Morizès in an old 19th century barn .

 

The cellar is only intended for the ageing of the Bordeaux wines.

Faithful to the initial philosophy of Primo Palatum, all the other wines are vinified and aged on their "terroir" of origin until the end of their elaboration.

 A small reserve of each wine produced since 1996 has been conserved, and thus constitutes the vinothèque and the memory of Primo Palatum.

The storage of the " old vintages " is now in Pondaurat.
